Our services

Deux personnes se promènent en forêt

Forest bathing walks

This practice aims to promote a sense of relaxation, connection with nature and well-being by enjoying the beauty of the forest. Research surrounding forest bathing suggests that it can help boost the immune system, increase energy levels and reduce stress.

Myriam Desmarquis

“Franco-ontarienne” by heart, I have been raising my family and working in Eastern Ontario since 2009.  My personal practice of yoga, mindfulness and my love of nature have led me to become a forest bathing guide. I believe that movement, community and nature are essential ingredients of well-being.

Pleine Nature offers unique experiences in Eastern Ontario for the french speaking community. It is also a great way to discover great nature trails.

Myriam is a registered social worker with the Ontario College of social workers and social service workers.
